Whatever the project we can offer the full package or work alongside other specialists employed by our customers.
Design/Planning:
We are happy to look at a customer’s initial idea and offer our considered advice and guidance. We can then draw up any detailed plans required for Planning and Building Regulations submission.
Extensions and Conversions:
This is one of our specialisms and we can increase the size of a property by adding a small porch, a conservatory or a large extension. If we have to work on an existing footprint we can create much needed space with loft or gain useable space by converting a garage.
Structural Steel:
This might be required as part of a larger project when opening up into an extension or when removing a structural wall. On such projects we liase between engineers, Council Building Control and steel fabricators to ensure that all structural work is carried out safely and correctly specified.
Kitchens and Bathrooms:
On completion of an extension or alterations we have a number of specialist local suppliers whom we work with closely to design and create high quality kitchens and bathrooms.
Plumbing and Electrics:
Using 'Part P' registered electricians and 'Gas safe' registered plumbers we can first and second fix work as part of a larger project or make smaller alterations/repairs to an existing setup.
Plastering:
We can patch up damaged plaster, re-skim existing walls and ceilings for a fresh look or board and skim new blockwork. We can also render outside property, including the modern through coloured renders which have now become extremely popular.
Roofing:
We can offer a range of services from small repairs to a full re-roof. We can add or replace Velux windows to introduce more natural light. We can also replace gutters, soffits and fascias.
Hard Landscaping:
This is another of our specialisms. We can landscape around a larger project or simply undertake landscaping to enhance the appearance of a property. Our landscaping can include fencing, decking, paving and walling.
