Open Plan Rear Extension
A block and render extension was put across the back of the house. Four large pieces of steel were then added to allow the whole rear wall to be removed and create one large open plan room. The room was then split into various zones. This included an office, dining, kitchen and utility area. -
Roof Timbers
Roof timbers being fitted for 2 velux windows. -
Velux Roof Window
Flashings on and the tiles are being cut around the roof wiondow.

Two Roof Windows
All tiles are cut the roof work is completed. -
Completed Extension
The extension is finished and a new patio laid.
A full width extension was built in block and render. 2 large steels were then added to open the full width of the extension. This allowed a larger kitchen to be fitted and a separate dining room, and a utility and office area.
