Under-Stairs Cloakroom

    Basin
    Stud walls were built to form a cupboard and cloakroom in the under-stairs space. The walls were brought out 22mm and re-boarded to hide central heating pipes. A boxing was formed to hide the electricity meter and hide the sink wastes.

    W.C. & Tiling
    The floor and walls were tiled with marble tiles from Turkey and sealed for protection.

A understairs space was split into two sections with a stud wall. A new door was fitted to the smaller section for storage space. The larger space was plumbed for a toilet and basin which was connected to the main soil stack. The walls were then boxed out to hide central heating pipework and sink wastes. The room was then finished with marble tiles, plastering and a new cloakroom suite.
